Re: The Official Transfer Deadline Day Thread
Keeping Rice and not bringing over priced shite that dont play for once , no stupid loans or panic buys or sick notes must be a positive . Negative, lite in a couple of areas would've been nice to bring 2 or 3 players in the right position . Reckon we will be looking at the players released sat around waiting to be picked up , always the odd Gem in there for whatever reason.

Is this some sort of perverse reward system whereby whenever moyes starts to well he loses a few more players?

Especially in the formation that we have settled with. Always liked Noble but he struggles in a three man central midfield let alone a two these days but who else would step in, Snodgrass, Lanzini?!

Let's hope Rice and Soucek play every single game!!

Re: The Official Transfer Deadline Day Thread
Pretty thin - threadbare. Basically if rice gets injured then we are utterly fucked and will be relying on Noble week in week out - which he isn[t really up to any more.

All in all a bit of a non event again.
I hope we don't get many injuries as our squad looks pretty thin.No problems with the first eleven but still.

Looking forward to 'The Official Domestic Transfer Deadline Day Thread' to come on the 16th of October.

Hopefully we can shift out more shit and concentrate the squad to an optimum 15/16 players like in the good old days.

Re: The Official Transfer Deadline Day Thread
I can it hope we've got our eye on some decent players from the championship. Otherwise our squad is looking shaky.

Still at least we've got rid of that malingering cunt Wilshere.

By my clock, the window's open for another 5 minutes.

Buy a decent player a minute, and we might have a decent season.

Re: The Official Transfer Deadline Day Thread
Be interesting to see how Jim White tries to defend G&S tomorrow after they trousered the Grady dosh and spent fuck all whilst stripping the squad to the bones. Even he can’t try to spin this one.

Re: The Official Transfer Deadline Day Thread
If Sullivan fan Jim White thinks we should have brought one or two in it says it all. Have to hope we don't get any injuries.
